I am interested in a certain item (i.e. rattan coffee table, iron floor lamp, round wooden mirror, etc.) that I don’t see on your showroom floor. Do you have access to this? |

We have many sources that provide catalogs you may look through at the shops for that special something. Quite a few of our manufacturer also have websites for customers to view at home. Go to the “Our Lines” page for links to these websites.
If we were to special order an item for you, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required with the order and balance is payable upon receipt. |

I saw something at your shop last year. Can you still get it for me? |

Almost all of our merchandise is reproductions. Unless the manufacturer has discontinued the item, we are able to order it for you. Again, a 50% deposit is required on special orders. |

Do you offer discounts to outside interior decorators? |
 |
We offer a discount to designers who register with us. We require a copy of a valid tax ID certificate and a business card. Once you are registered with us, come in any time and give our staff your name before you purchase an item. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

Master Card, Visa, American Express, personal check with valid ID, and of course cash! |

What is your return policy? |
 |
A store merchandise credit is gladly given when item(s) are returned within 3 weeks of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when they left the store. If we feel that the piece has been damaged in any way while in your possession, we will not accept the return. |

What if I’m not sure the item will work in my home? Can I try it? |
 |
Yes, customers are more than welcome to take anything home on “approval”. All we do is take an imprint of your credit card with signature or hold onto your check/cash, and let you take the item(s) home to try for 24 hours. If we do not hear from you by the end of the next business day, we process the sale. If the item(s) do not work out, return it to us within 24 hours at no expense to you. If we feel the piece has been damaged in any way while in your possession, you are responsible for the full amount. |

Absolutely! Charges vary depending on distance traveled and the size of the item(s) purchased. Please call for details. |

What if I want to try something on approval that I would need delivered? |

We can deliver larger item(s) on approval. Delivery fees may apply and if returned, a re-stocking fee will be incurred. |

Do you ship? |

Yes! We use UPS Ground, which arrives in 5-7 business days. Two day or next day air are also available upon request. For item(s) too large for UPS, please call us for a quote. If shipped outside MA or FL, no state sales tax is charged. |
